I loved the location since the hotel is right off the highway and the comfort of the beds. The room was clean and the beds were very clean. I liked the room amenities because they had everything I needed such as a fridge, microwave, and blow dryer. The hotel was also very quiet and I felt very safe there, which was important because I was traveling alone with my daughter, and we had no problems. Also, 2 out of the 3 employees I interacted with were very nice and hospitable. I also appreciate that they were lenient with my check out time as we ran about 20 mins late. Our stay was great and we will be returning.

I appreciated the call to tell me the elevator was out of service before I arrived, and the care taken to get me a good replacement room on the first floor. Walking up stairs would have been very difficult for me.
